Here's the problem:

  • You've got so much podcast management knowledge. You even have amazing organizational skills, yet you still don't know how to effectively launch a client's podcast. 🎙️😓
  • You're afraid you'll overlook something crucial or mess up the entire process for your client.
  • You find yourself overthinking every detail. You're more focused on perfecting the plan than executing it confidently.

And what if the launch flops and your client is disappointed?

Most podcast managers understand that a good launch is important, but...

Only exceptional podcast managers understand that executing an effective launch is THE most crucial service they can provide for their clients.

WHY?...

An effective podcast launch gets your client immediate TRACTION.

When your client's podcast gains traction from the start, it becomes a showcase of your skills.

This leads to more clients and better opportunities (without needing to spend on ads or use complicated marketing strategies).

Meet Your Mentors

Let us, Cecilia and Eloisa, show you our exact process of strategically launching a podcast with less stress and overwhelm.

We are podcast service providers -- co-founders of ValuePOD Mentoring Program, Moms, and Business Owners.

For the past eight years now, we went from being individual podcast virtual assistants doing our own thing to becoming agency owners establishing ValuePOD Productions and Severs Media .

We started Podcast VA School by ValuePOD on Facebook designed to support podcast VAs, managers, podcasters, and podcast producers who want to be in a community that can help them succeed in the podcasting niche.

Al and TFR

I've joined a lot of programs in the past. It's a fun endeavor to keep discovering new things and improve my skills. However, as a solopreneur, the real challenge comes after:
Turning my "learnings" into "applied learnings."

The fun thing about being a solopreneur is you get to be your own boss, but the not-so-fun thing is... also being your own boss. Since there's no one else to keep me accountable, I have to keep myself accountable.

And, if I don't keep myself accountable, the learnings I get from programs will stay just as they are -- nothing more but learnings. This is usually the case with self-paced programs. People join, but without proper accountability, they don't really get to implement their learnings.

This is something that the ValuePOD Mentoring Program does different. Ate Ce & Tyang Eloi have created a wonderfully supportive environment where you don't just learn; you apply everything you learn then and there with completely accountability.

You get paired up with a team of multi-skilled classmates, you get in touch with a BCS (Breakthrough Case Study) Client, and you launch a show from the ground up -- not as a trial project, but an actual podcast launch.

Instantly, the learnings taught throughout the Bootcamp are converted into real-life experiences, and those are the kinds of learnings that stick with you for life.

The entirety of the Bootcamp was a valuable experience for me.

I've learned a ton of insights, systems, and best practices about Podcasting that I never knew before.

I got to share my expertise and build my credibility as a Podcast Producer.

I've gained more confidence to take on new projects thanks to my real-world experience from the launch project.

I've even grown my network to a significant degree. In fact, most of the work I have now are from the connections I've gained inside the community.

As the implementation project was my favorite and most impactful part of the Bootcamp, I would definitely recommend doing a program focused on Podcast Launching.

Actually, Senior Audio Editor din ako nung sa Bootcamp po hehe

Before I joined the Bootcamp, I was mainly focused on the production side of things, but with zero any knowledge on management, show notes, guesting, contracts, etc.

Thanks to everything I've learned from the Bootcamp, now that we're restarting Ate Juvy's The Filipino Realtor Podcast, I've expanded my role from being the usual Podcast Producer to now being the Podcast Coordinator, working on both the production and management side.

While my passion is still mostly centered on doing Audio, ValuePOD has helped me gain valuable skills that have helped me become a more well-rounded Podcast service provider.

The bootcamp is everything that you need to learn about podcasting. Step by Step, bit by bit and inch by inch. Looking back and remember how it was 2 years ago, I was overwhelmed but I reminded myself that I want this so bad that my life depended on it. You have a lot of support so you are assured that you would still be SANE when you finish the sessions and weekly meet up.

The experience that stuck the most was having to implement all that we have learned in the BCS. Everyone took turns in the role and you get to experience what its like to be the one in commnd of the task.

I was able to add this to my service and because of this I am able to build my portfolio slowly!

Now that we are going to run a Launch-focused Bootcamp, would you recommend it as well? We're holding a simplified version of the 14-day implementation (BCS).

Yes, Of course! I know for a fact that it will pave more opportunities to current and aspiring remote workers!

Nagkaroon ng bigger, wider exposure, till naging isa na siya sa mga kilala sa field of freelancing.

He was also able to promote his businesses and courses through the podcast.

Eventually, nagkaroon ng sponsor, nagiging speaker/sponsor/interviewer din sa big events, especially sa The Freelance Movement Tribe.

It also pushed him to learn and improve more since he also teaches in his solo episodes, and then also learns in his interview episodes with various guests from different fields of businesses.

And then nabuo na yung brand na "Niel Reichl" and his reach developed to a wider audience and connections through not just the audio podcast but also through videos (long-form videos, podcast guest interviews through Zoom and face-to-face, reels and repurposed content) on most top social media platforms and Youtube, even some reels reaching a million views

In terms of sales, yes, dumami, and also because mas may nakikitang proof ang mga tao na legit siya through the podcast, kung baga, more proof for the potential buyers whenever they research or check about him. Tuloy-tuloy rin ang mga nag-iinquire palagi.

And then, nagkaroon din ng mga collaboration businesses and more clients dahil either narinig siya sa podcast or nag-guest sa interview eps ang ka-collab, so he was able to personally talk to them later on about business.

Or even if hindi nagkaroon ng collaboration, big thing pa rin na nagkaroon siya ng connection with them all.

Naging big strength niya ang networking.

And due to those things, patuloy na nagkakaroon ng leads sa mga businesses niya, patuloy na mas dumadagdag din ang subscribers niya and followers, it gave him more opportunities, thus also helping him na mas maraming ma-reach out to help or offer a product or service to them, and was also able to create new groups focused on topics like "How to Open Conversations That Help in Sales" in which a lot of people are also learning a lot from.

Until now, the podcast still continues to give value kay Sir Niel (and to his followers/ subscribers) because he gets to share more of his expertise, a lot of people also learn from him, and more and more amazing guests from different fields of businesses are being interviewed and also learn from them, and have the potential to do another business collaboration with them or even become buyers themselves.

The podcast itself became like a smooth starting point in creating a connection or network with others, especially prospects.

It also became something of a "breather/refresher" for him since he does a lot of businesses, so the podcast helps him explore more topics, aspects, ideas and different people to interact/connect with

Currently, in terms of podcast, we're doing both audio and video, but we're more focused on the audio podcast version, especially on Spotify and Apple.
